All our pieces are handcrafted on order so your order will be confirmed only after the payment is made. Hence, as per policy, we do not accept cash on delivery. We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), wallets, credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer as modes of payment.

Since all pieces are carefully handcrafted with lots of love, we want to provide you with the best possible service without compromising on the quality of the product and the reliability of the shipping agency. We ensure that your product reaches you within 7-9 working days, that is, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, tracking ID would be duly shared . We offer FREE shipping on orders above Rs 499, otherwise additional shipping charges of Rs 65/- apply on all orders. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, to North Eastern states and Andaman and Nicobar islands, our products are shipped only by BlueDart and to those clients, we have to charge Rs 250 for shipping on ALL orders.

All our pieces are handmade on order, so once an order is confirmed we do not offer refund or cancellation. While utmost care is taken to create the perfect piece for you, in case your product does get damaged in transit, we will offer a complete refund/exchange if you share an unboxing video to prove that the product was received by you in a damaged condition. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product only if the product was received in a damaged condition.

Since all pieces are made with lots of love , they need care : • Do not wear the accessories while bathing or swimming. Prevent Direct water contact.
• Try not to wear them while exercising .
• Avoid direct contact of Makeup, Perfume or Hairspray
• Lastly, store them in a cool and dry space , away from other metals; Preferably the box and envelopes you received them in !
